THE NORTHWEST POINT RESORT EXPERIENCE

A Relaxed Stay at Northwest Point Resort

Our team has been helping guests enjoy stays at Northwest Point Resort since 2006, managing a selection of privately owned condos within the property. Over the years, we have gained a good understanding of what guests look for when planning a comfortable stay in this quieter part of Providenciales.

Our one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos give couples, families, and small groups more room to settle in, with kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces available depending on the condo you choose. Each unit is individually managed, so layouts, views, and amenities can vary.

Located on the quieter, more remote side of Providenciales beside a national marine park, Northwest Point Resort offers a peaceful oceanfront setting. Guests can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while remaining within driving distance of Grace Bay attractions, dining and watersports.

THE NORTHWEST POINT RESORT ADVANTAGE

Why Guests Choose Northwest Point Resort

Northwest Point Resort is a good fit for travellers who want the beach and ocean close by without staying in the middle of the island's busy, crowded beach and tourist areas.

Oceanfront setting

Wake up close to the water and enjoy the open coastal surroundings of Northwest Point Resort.

Beach access

Enjoy convenient beach access with traditional Caribbean tiki beach huts with comfortable beach loungers. Spend the morning by the water, head back to your condo for lunch, and return to the beach whenever you like.

SMOOTH TRAVEL ESSENTIALS

Plan Before You Arrive

Ensure your transition from Providenciales International Airport to your oceanfront sanctuary is effortless, comfortable, and stress-free.

STEP 1
Reserve a Rental Car

If you plan to explore Providenciales, a rental car can make your stay much easier. You can pick up groceries, head to Grace Bay for dinner, visit other beaches and explore the island without arranging a taxi for every trip.

Book Early: Rental vehicles on Providenciales are in high demand during peak months. Reserving from the airport terminal ensures a seamless arrival.

STEP 3
Stock Your Full Kitchen

If you are staying in a condo, picking up a few groceries on your way from the airport can make your first evening easier. You'll have fresh coffee, cold drinks, and breakfast essentials ready for sunrise without rushing out.

On Your Way: Quality gourmet grocers like Graceway IGA are positioned directly on the Millennium Highway route connecting the airport to the resort.

STEP 3
Settle Into Island Pace

And if your idea of a good holiday is mostly the beach, the pool and a good book, you may find that you do not need to go far from your condo at all. Everything you need to unwind is directly on the property.

Dine On-Site: Unwind poolside while Tides Bar & Grill serves craft drinks, conch fritters, and freshly grilled specials right to your patio or condo.

"We had a fabulous time! The resort is peaceful and quiet. The on site restaurant was good as well. I'd highly recommend the jerk shrimp! Beach access is great. There aren't many Airbnb's that we would stay at a second time, but we would love to stay in this one again!"
